MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – An arrest was made in connection with a ShotSpotter alert in Myrtle Beach.
Rashad Blocker, 19, of Murrells Inlet was charged on Wednesday with assault and battery, first degree, and discharging a firearm within the city.
