A woman in Munhall is now facing several charges after two children were found in deplorable conditions inside their home last month.
According to the criminal complaint provided to KDKA-TV, Courtney Lally is now facing multiple charges of neglect of animals, as well as charges of recklessly endangering another person, endangering the welfare of children, and aggravated cruelty to animals.
