CHICAGO – A suburban Chicago woman has been charged in connection with a deadly crash last December in the Logan Square neighborhood.
Shana Weems, 32, of Dolton, was charged Wednesday with reckless homicide and aggravated DUI, according to the Chicago Police Department.
