BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – Multiple sources have confirmed to the WAFB I-TEAM that the lead prosecutor overseeing the Attorney General’s ongoing corruption probe into Baton Rouge City Hall has resigned.
Joe Lebeau has accepted a job with District Attorney Tony Clayton’s office, which covers West Baton Rouge, Iberville, and Pointe Coupee parishes. Clayton confirmed the hire Wednesday morning.
