Rapidly growing Arkansas-based coffee chain 7 Brew has outbid national rival Dutch Bros in a bankruptcy auction for dozens of former Salad and Go locations.
In a notice filed Sept. 1 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, Brew Culture LLC, which does business as 7 Brew, was named the successful bidder with an offer of approximately $143.2 million.
The proposed deal, pending bankruptcy court approval, involves 73 Salad and Go leases across four states, including 41 locations in Arizona, 20 in Texas and six each in Nevada and Oklahoma.
