Wichita man pleads guilty in deadly 2025 hit-and-run

WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – A Wichita man pleaded guilty on Wednesday to his role in a deadly 2025 hit-and-run crash.

Chance Flores-Leach, 27, was charged originally charged with unintentional but reckless second-degree murder and leaving the scene of an accident in the crash that killed a pedestrian. On Wednesday, he pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide, a misdemeanor, and leaving the scene of a deadly accident, a felony.
