A Meridian man charged with vehicular manslaughter and two counts of felony injury to a child in a November 2025 crash that killed his 7-year-old son has been cited after a new accident in Valley County.
Austin Summers, 31, was cited Aug. 29 in Valley County for misdemeanor failure to stop for damage after an accident or leaving the scene of an accident, according to online court records.
Summers was set for a preliminary hearing on Sept. 10 in Canyon County on three felony charges stemming from a Nov. 25, 2025, accident on Interstate 84 near Nampa. His arraignment for the charge in Valley County is scheduled for Sept. 15…
