You may remember going there to see a movie. If you’ve lived in Fort Collins long enough, maybe you even dropped dry cleaning off using its nifty drive-thru. Now a small Old Town corner is onto its next chapter and visibly taking shape before our eyes.
The quirky triangular site at East Mountain Avenue and Chestnut Street — once the longtime former home of The Lyric movie theater and, before that, Paramont Laundry — is under construction and quickly transforming with a new two-story mixed-use commercial and office building.
