Driver accused of DUI in NKY crash that left victim needing emergency brain surgery

ERLANGER, Ky. (WKRC) – A Northern Kentucky driver is accused of being more than twice the legal alcohol limit when he caused a crash that left another person with serious injuries requiring emergency brain surgery.

Duh Lian Thang is charged with first-degree assault following the Aug. 29 crash in Erlanger, according to a criminal complaint filed in Kenton County.
