LORIS, S.C. (WPDE) — Horry County veterans are calling on the community for support after they say their outdoor HVAC unit was stolen from American Legion Post 41 over the weekend.
The building at 2556 Main St. in Loris serves as a gathering place for area veterans and their families, as well as community events.
The post also hosts cornhole tournaments Tuesdays and Fridays at 5:30 p.m., which post leaders say are currently its only source of revenue…
