SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) -The Savannah Philharmonic is taking its music beyond the concert hall with the return of its annual Phil the Neighborhoods fall series.
Musicians from the Savannah Philharmonic will perform three free outdoor concerts at locations across the city from Friday, Oct. 16, through Sunday, Oct. 18.
