The River District in West Charlotte is continuing to expand as the city’s newest neighborhood. Medical offices are next for the $6 billion, 1,400-acre mixed-use redevelopment district.
A 35,000-square-foot outpatient healthcare campus is coming to the district, built by Charlotte developer Taylor Capital, according to Crescent Communities, the district’s master developer.
