ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) – Traffic on U.S. 33 was shut down northwest of Fort Wayne due to a collision Thursday morning.
Dispatch confirmed multiple vehicles were involved. It happened near the intersection of Valentine Road. Traffic appeared to be backed up on U.S. 33 between O’Day and Chase roads.
The closure was estimated to last until 8:30 p.m. It affects both sides of the road, according to the Indiana Department of Transportation.
The Allen County Sheriff’s Department confirmed none of the injuries were life-threatening, per the emergency responders at the scene. Traffic was being guided onto Valentine Road while that portion of U.S. 33 was closed…
