Four Michigan counties in northwest Michigan are under flood advisories as severe storms continue to pass through the region Thursday afternoon, Sept. 3, dropping “torrential” rain.
Manistee, Osceola, Lake and Mason counties in the northwest Lower Peninsula are under a flood advisory until Thursday afternoon and evening, Sept. 3, because of the potential for flooding in low-lying areas or where drainage is poor, according to the Grand Rapids National Weather Service.
