Milpitas woman charged with murder after police say she intentionally ran over friend

A San Francisco Bay Area woman has been charged after police said she intentionally ran over her friend with her vehicle in the parking lot of an apartment complex where they both lived.

According to documents obtained by CBS News Bay Area, the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office has charged 32-year-old Anila Baby of Milpitas with murder. Baby is accused of killing the 35-year-old victim during an incident on Aug. 28.
