San Diego International Airport gets $30M for terminal reconstruction

SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — San Diego International Airport (SAN) is one of a handful of airports across the U.S. to receive grants from the Federal Aviation Administration for infrastructure enhancements and safety projects.

On Thursday, the FAA announced 191 grants totaling $481 million ahead of Labor Day weekend to improve airport infrastructure across the country, including $30.3 million to SAN.
