TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – The Florida Board of Governors approved $6 million Thursday for the Linking Industry to Nursing Education fund for 10 state universities and recommendations on college athletics.
The LINE funding will be shared across 23 proposals from participating schools within the State University System of Florida. This includes both Florida A&M University and Florida State University.
Funds for the 2026-2027 fiscal year are projected to produce more than 2,100 nursing scholarships and accept nearly 1,000 additional students in the System’s nursing programs…
