AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – The case filed against a former Amarillo police officer charged with 78 counts of tampering with a government record is just one of many.
In an attempt to track the quickly multiplying incidents, the Institute for Justice has begun cataloging each reported case of automated license plate reader (ALPR) abuse in a searchable database.
