Storms and heavy rainfall caused power outages in some parts of the state Thursday morning.
Over 20,000 We Energies customers in southeast Wisconsin were without power shortly after 9:30 a.m. Thursday. That includes over 15,000 customers in Milwaukee County, according to the outage map.
