Nearly 50,000 fans attended Karol G’s TropiTour concert Wednesday at the Alamodome, setting a venue record for the largest crowd for a solo female headliner, according to the Alamodome.
“San Antonio, we just made history,” the venue said in a social media post. “Nearly 50,000 of you packed the Alamodome tonight for Karol G’s TropiTour.”
The concert was the ninth stop on Karol G’s Viajando Por El Mundo TropiTour, which began July 24 in Chicago. Her next stop is El Paso on Sept. 6, followed by stops in Boston, New York, Atlanta, Houston, Miami, Tampa and Dallas.
