Several properties in eastern Stark County were sold for more than $1 million in early August, according to the latest property transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor’s Office.
The largest sale was a 6-acre property at 46 N. Rockhill Ave. in Alliance, where the food service packaging manufacturer Sun America operates. The property was sold for $6.41 million to NLF Alliance Ohio LLC.
