Daniel Koch, the owner of Alabama Adventure and Splash Adventure, was arrested after Hoover police responded to a domestic violence call.
Police were called to the 4500 block of Jessup Lane around 2:03 p.m. Sept. 2. Officers said they spoke with Koch and his girlfriend and reviewed physical evidence at the scene.
