CLEVELAND (WJW) — A handful of local schools are closed Friday because of power outages.
Early Friday morning, FirstEnergy reported thousands of customers were still without power after severe storms barreled through Northeast Ohio Thursday evening.
In Cuyahoga County, Chagrin Falls Exempted Village Schools announced that school was canceled because of the outages at its middle school and high school; however the district’s elementary and intermediate schools would remain open.
