NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The search continues for a 70-year-old North Little Rock man who has been missing since Saturday night, with multiple agencies now using K-9 teams and drones to search the area around The Blossoms Rehab and Nursing Center.
North Little Rock police requested a Silver Alert for Charles Edward Noise, who was reported missing early Sunday morning.
Police said Noise is a patient at The Blossoms in the 2500 block of John Ashley Drive. Investigators believe he may have left the facility with a DoorDash driver around 11 p.m. Saturday…
