A major crash involving an 18-wheeler shut down portions of Interstate 35 near downtown in San Antonio, and the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) was asking drivers to avoid the area, according to traffic reporting site SigAlert.
The incident occurred close to 5:44 a.m. on the southbound lower level of the interstate, between Cesar E. Chavez Boulevard and Texas 536- SPU, near Exit 155.
At this time, it is unknown how many people were involved in the crash, or whether there were any injuries…
