UNIVERSAL CITY, Texas – A man was killed after he was hit by a vehicle Monday in a Northeast Side neighborhood, Universal City police said.
Officers arrived at the 700 block of East Langley Boulevard around 6:30 a.m. for a reported crash, according to Stephen Rios, a lieutenant with the Universal City Police Department.
