A judge sentenced a Nampa man found to have thousands of images of child sexual abuse material on his computer to at least five years in prison.
The Nampa Police Department first arrested Shea McHugh, then 37, in February after the Boise Police Department received a CyberTip that an IP address linked to McHugh downloaded images of child sexual abuse, the Idaho Statesman previously reported.
