The Baltimore Police Department has given the all-clear after investigating a suspicious package Friday near City Hall.
Police told CBS News Baltimore the call was unfounded, and that responding officers discovered a bag of clothing at the scene.
City Hall is located on N. Holiday Street in the Downtown area. It houses offices for Mayor Brandon Scott, the City Council, comptroller and other agencies.
