KENMORE, N.Y. (WIVB) — Several residents in Kenmore are doing everything they can to clean up after Thursday’s storm caused severe flooding and damage to plenty of basements.
Kenmore residents Brianna Brown and her brother Owen were nearly breaking down in tears, finding their basement destroyed and parts of it still under several feet of water as of Friday morning with many of their possessions left floating in the flood water.
“All my clothes, my treadmill … I’ve lost a lot. I’ve lost a lot here,” Brianna said. “It was about chest high; I’ve never seen anything like that.”…
