WESTLAKE, Ohio (WOIO) – A Detroit man was placed under arrest after police found several pounds of marijuana and hundreds of pills in his vehicle.
Westlake police pulled over the driver around 8:40 p.m. on Aug. 28 on I-90 east at Columbia for a moving violation.
