(WJAR) — Rhode Island drivers are paying record-high gas prices this Labor Day weekend, with the average price for regular reaching about $4.21 a gallon, according to AAA.
That’s more than $1 higher than last Labor Day and up about 15 cents from a week ago. The national average is about $4.14 a gallon.
