TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Police are investigating an incident on the city’s East Side, where a male on a scooter was hit on Miami St. near Wilmot.
The victim was a 55-year-old Georgia man, who was “possibly struck” by an unknown vehicle at 4:45 a.m. Friday morning.
