Union 7th Grade Center investigates alleged threat, says it was not credible

TULSA, Okla. – Union 7th Grade Center officials said they investigated an alleged threat circulating on social media and determined it was not a credible threat to students or staff.

The school sent an email to parents and guardians titled “7th Grade Alleged Threat.” According to the message, the social media post referenced a student group chat where a student reported that a friend had overheard another student comment similar to, “Don’t come to school tomorrow, I have a surprise.”
