The Ada County Coroner’s Office has identified a Star man killed last week in a motorcycle crash near New Plymouth.
James McConville, 33, was riding a motorcycle at the intersection of U.S. Highway 30 and Southeast 2nd Avenue on Aug. 25 when he crossed the center line to try to avoid a collision with a pickup truck hauling a trailer that had slowed to turn onto 2nd Avenue, according to Idaho State Police.
Officials said McConville collided with the driver’s side of the pickup and died from his injuries several days later. The coroner’s office pronounced him dead at 3:37 p.m. on Aug. 31…
