TOLEDO, Ohio — One day after strong storms moved through the Toledo area, residents are cleaning up fallen limbs, damaged trees and debris while reflecting on just how quickly conditions turned dangerous.

Across the city, the aftermath remained visible Friday, with downed branches and toppled trees scattered throughout neighborhoods.
