ATKINS, Iowa — With fall approaching, Bloomsbury Farm is continuing its annual corn maze tradition with a design that carries special meaning for the family-owned farm.
This year’s maze celebrates the seventh generation of the family.
“We are celebrating the seventh generation on our family farm, Briar David, and so the corn maze design this year features his little face and it says, ‘Celebrating 7 Generations,’” said Sammy Petersen, a sixth-generation family member and co-owner of the farm.
The family has designed corn mazes and hosted other attractions at the farm for 31 years and hopes to continue the tradition for generations to come…
