BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — Louisiana deputies arrested a Texas man accused of stealing from Ulta Beauty stores in different states, resulting in $100,00 in losses to the business.
Julio Manuel Flores Martinez, 36, of San Antonio, was arrested after Livingston Parish deputies responded to a theft reported at the local Ulta store on Aug 26.
According to the sheriff’s office, the crime involved scraping off security tags from fragrance tester bottles, then walking out of the store without paying. Investigators learned that Martinez was wanted in various states for similar crimes…
