S. WHITEHALL TWP., Pa. – A new convenience store and gas station could be coming to South Whitehall Township.
The Sept. 10 agenda for the township planning commission meeting includes an application from Sheetz to redevelop just over 2 acres on Hausman Road, at the northeast intersection of Hausman Road and Tilghman Street.
The plan proposes to establish an approximately 6,000-square-foot Sheetz convenience/retail store with fuel sales and an associated parking lot. A non-drive-thru, mobile order pickup window is being considered at the rear of the building…
