BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A ribbon-cutting was hosted Saturday to commemorate the opening of the Kenan Civic Arena in Lockport, a multi-million-dollar facility that leaders say is the largest capital project in the Kenan Center’s nearly 60-year history.
The 70,000 square-foot space, which was largely funded by private donors, sees the addition of a fitness center, turf field, sport courts, and classrooms to the Kenan Center campus.
