LINCOLN, RI — A Cranston woman was arrested twice within hours early Sunday, first on domestic violence charges and later for violating a no-contact order.
At 11:01 p.m. Saturday, troopers arrested Janell J. Lussier, 27, of Cranston, for domestic violence – disorderly conduct, domestic violence – refusal/relinquish/damage/obstruct telephone, reckless driving and other offenses against public safety – 1st offense, and vandalism.
