An apartment resident phoned the police department at 3 p.m. on Aug. 30 to complain that a strange man had knocked on his apartment door and told the man’s wife that the apartment “smelled pretty good” and that he wanted inside.
The man was sent on his way, but the woman’s husband, upon arriving home, found the suspicious man wandering in the apartment complex’s parking lot. The suspicious man admitted to police that he had “smoked cocaine,” according to a police department press release…
