By Sara Beth Williams– — Citrus Heights Arts has announced dates for painting to begin on a new community mural along a sound wall on Auburn Boulevard in Citrus Heights.
The mural, which will be located on the south wall along Auburn Boulevard between San Tomas Drive and Cobalt Way in Citrus Heights, aims to unite residents through art by inviting community members to paint the mural together. Each participant will have the opportunity to contribute their own artistic touch to a larger piece that organizers say celebrates “who we are and where we’re headed.”
Those who signed up to participate in the community mural will be invited to paint on Saturday Sept. 12 and Sunday Sept. 13, the nonprofits announced on social media…
