HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. – A 20-year-old man died late Saturday night after being struck by a vehicle that fled the scene in Hillsborough County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The crash happened around 11:15 p.m. Investigators said the victim, identified as a Guatemalan national, was walking in the westbound lane of State Road 574 near Bethlehem Road when an unknown vehicle hit him.
