Storm activity is starting to wind down across the Panhandle tonight, but we still have some thunderstorms ongoing in our northern counties and areas southwest of Amarillo. However, those cells will taper off over the next few hours. Tonight will be calm as some clouds will linger into Sunday morning, but winds will be light, and temperatures will fall into the 60s and 70s.
The above average temperatures will continue into Sunday, with daytime highs in the upper 90s and 100s once again. Winds will be slightly breezy, helping bring some relief from the heat…
