WEST DES MOINES, Iowa — The City of West Des Moines announced Friday that a petition to bring a Buc-ee’s has been launched by Mayor Trimble.
“Nobody puts Buc-ee’s in the corner!,” said West Des Moines Mayor Russ Trimble in a news release. “Maybe Urbandale doesn’t want them, but they had me and thousands of other Iowans at hello!”
