The Major Case Squad of Greater St. Louis has been activated to help investigate an apparent murder in Cahokia Heights. Just after 1:30am on Saturday, officers from the Cahokia Heights Department responded to the 800 block of Saint William Drive, Cahokia Heights for a call of shots fired, where they found two juvenile victims that had been shot.
A 17-year-old victim was pronounced dead at the scene, and a 16-year-old victim was transported to a St. Louis area hospital for treatment. 15 members of the Major Case Squad are actively working on this case. The Major Case Squad is asking the community for any information related to this incident…
