Massachusetts med spa owner sentenced for fake Botox injections

BOSTON (WWLP) – A Massachusetts med spa owner has been sentenced to nearly four years in federal prison for administering counterfeit cosmetic injections to hundreds of clients while falsely claiming to be a licensed nurse.

Rebecca Fadanelli, 40, of Stoughton, was sentenced Wednesday to 46 months in prison and ordered to pay more than $1 million in restitution and forfeiture, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

Federal prosecutors said Fadanelli operated Skin Beaute Med Spa locations in Randolph and South Easton, where she performed more than 2,700 injection procedures on over 900 clients between 2021 and 2024.
