MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – Campbell combined for a 10-under 278 and is two shots off the lead after Sunday’s opening round of the Myrtle Beach Golf Trips Intercollegiate at Grande Dunes Resort Club.
Elon leads the 16-team field through 18 holes at 12-under (276), followed by Texas-San Antonio (277), Campbell (278) and Lipscomb (279). Host Coastal Carolina is knotted in a 3-way tie for fifth at 8-under 280 on the par-72, 7578-yard Grande Dunes layout.
