The Grow Solar program is a partnership between Midwest Renewable Energy Association and East Central Iowa Council of Governments, the Cities of Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, North Liberty and Coralville and the Nature Conservatory which offers lower electric rates by creating a collective that will buy energy as a group.
Since 2013, Grow Solar has offered 65 programs in six states.
