Rosen was the guy behind Motion Performance, a speed shop in the town of Baldwin on Long Island, New York. He teamed up with the local Baldwin Chevy dealership to procure, upgrade, and sell Baldwin-Motion supercars, like the fearsome “Phase III” Corvette and Camaro.
These Motion Performance cars are incredibly rare, so much so that the OnAllCylinders staff hasn’t seen one outside of velvet ropes at a top-tier car show…
